1. Acceptance

Using gelagien.com means you accept these terms together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. The three documents form one agreement. If any part of it is unacceptable to you, the remedy is to stop using the site. We revise this page from time to time and the date above records the most recent revision.

2. Who this site is for

Adults aged 18 or over. The product discussed here is labelled for adults, and so is the information about it.

3. What this site is

An information resource about a dietary supplement, published by the Gelagen Beauty Desk. We are not a healthcare provider and nothing here is a clinical service. Orders are placed and fulfilled on the seller's own checkout under the seller's own terms, and your contract for any purchase is with them.

4. Commercial relationships

This site may earn a commission when a reader buys through a link on it, at no additional cost to that reader. That is disclosed in the footer of every page. Because it gives us a financial interest in what you decide, weigh what you read here accordingly and give more weight to a healthcare professional who can see you.

5. Nothing here is medical advice

No page on this site is medical, dermatological or nutritional advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation, and reading it creates no clinical relationship of any kind. The Disclaimer sets this out at length and forms part of these terms.

6. Accuracy, and its limits

We take reasonable care. Formulations change, sellers change prices and policies without notice, and nutritional science develops. Nothing here is warranted to be current or complete at the moment you read it. Where this site and the label on your bottle disagree, the label is correct and we would like to hear about it.

7. Content and trade marks

Copyright in the writing, structure, styling and code on this site belongs to us or to our licensors. You may read these pages and print one copy for personal reference. Republication, scraping, mirroring, bulk extraction and derivative versions all require written permission first. Product names, label imagery and trade marks remain the property of their owners.

8. Customer photographs

Photographs of customers appear on this site only with that person's written permission. If you are pictured here and want your image removed, write to us and it will be taken down promptly and without argument.

9. What you must not do

Please do not send unlawful, abusive, defamatory or infringing material through this website, or try to disrupt how it runs. That covers probing it for weaknesses, running automated tools against it at a volume it was not built for, and holding yourself out as connected to Gelagen when you are not.

10. Links out

We link to other websites, including the seller's. We do not control them, are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the far side of it.

11. Liability

This site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it or from any purchase made through it. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws provisions, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause removes a consumer protection that applies where you live and cannot be contracted out of.

13. Changes

We may amend these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the amended version, and the date at the top of the page records when it last moved.
